He Is Willingly Submissive To My Power
I met Tom just before university and when the semester began I sought him out and by Christmas I owned him. I was attracted to him for many reasons including his rugged male body. I was studying computer science and he was in arts and when I graduated I moved Tom to another city. He encouraged me to pursue my career and made it clear that he valued me more than anything else and my happiness was paramount.
When we started a family it was logical that Tom should become a stay at home dad, he already did the cooking and housework and he had a special way with children. At first I felt selfish having most things my way but Tom reassured me that it was proper that I be in charge. He explained that even if he was larger and stronger he was submissive to my power and not just willing to be led but desired to be dominated by a woman. I already knew that I could provide a better life for us and that he would be happier following me.
When I changed jobs and started travelling around the continent he encouraged me even though it would mean hardship for him. I was able to reward him by controlling his life and how he behaved. I made him feel safe and secure and once he totally submitted he lost the doubt that plagues most men.
I have used methods to control and discipline him that some would find strange such as submitting him to a circle of women to suffer criticism or rewards and I have made him do things that he did not want to do. I have also made him admit to other people that he is submissive to me and it is his desire to be so. I have found that when a man is willing to submit in public it frees him of any guilt or doubt and allows him to embrace his role.
I would rather use positive enforcement but sometimes punishment is necessary. For punishment to work the man must realize he is being punished, what the offense is and what is expected from him. Remember men are often controlled by their genitals and are not always capable of being rational. Our life is not perfect but it has been good and Tom has submitted to more control and demands than we ever thought possible.

Your talk of having him make a public commitment reminds me of something from a book I am reading about persuasion:

The more public a commitment people make, the stronger the influence that action has on future actions. The more public a commitment, the stronger the persona change will be.
When we take an action that only we know about, we aren’t showing our commitment. When we’re not showing our commitment, there will be less long-term persona change than when we take an action that others will see.
When the people in the Freedman experiment posted a sign in their yard or put a sticker in their car window, they were making a public commitment. Public commitments lead to stronger and faster persona change.”-Page 68

It is amazing how a man can move under the woman power and becomes completely submissive without noticing.
Ouch I guess I cannot say much about this essay except that I responded to public exposure and the circle of women can be brutal and emasculating even when they are kind but I left motivated. I suggest that women make men sign contracts that spell out behavior specially when the desired behavior does not follow the social norm such as chastity in marriage. Difficult to refuse when your wife can show your friends and family exactly what you agreed to do.
Maybe you could get a male submissive who is bi-lingual (I am not) to translate a sister site which would be the same as this site but only in Spanish. Most of the women where I live are Hispanic, it’s hard enough to communicate but if I could direct them to our site…wow! What do you think of the idea and if you like it, what would you guess would be the time frame for it to begin? I would contribute to help, but am currently looking for work. My fantasy job is to work for a female boss.
Public admittance by a make that he is willingly beneath his female is incredibly important. It not only makes it feel more normal to your male, but to other people that an FLR can be had.
