There Is POWER In Your Anger
There is an old saying- Women should be seen and not heard. This is a disgusting adage that aims to disempower women, convincing them that raising their voices and expressing their beliefs and desires is not becoming.
Don’t believe it!
In fact, Women MUST be seen and heard in order for our society to advance especially when it comes to expressing displeasure for the actions of others.
There is POWER in your anger.
If you are interacting with someone and their actions agitate you, it doesn’t matter who the person is, you MUST express your displeasure in whatever form you see fit. You can express it gently and with love or you can correct them harshly if you feel they will respond better to that. You don’t have to be nice to get what you want.
Your anger during a displeasing situation must be released or you give the other person the power to dictate the situation which is unacceptable for a woman of power.
You now have permission to:
Tell someone to STOP offending you.
Tell someone that they are being an asshole.
Tell someone that they need to behave better or dismiss them from your life.
Yell at someone who is yelling at you.
Curse at someone who is disrespecting you.
Tell someone who is offering you an opportunity that their request is unacceptable.
There is no need to be a docile woman, trying to live up to men’s expectations of how a woman should behave. They only give you rules because they want to limit your power. If they did not see you as a threat, they would not try to force you to conform to their standards.
Your expressed anger makes you a threat to their desire to rule over you.
You MUST express your anger in order to harness your feminine power.
